New Helpdesk System: ServiceNow


How to Access the New Helpdesk System:

  1. Visit the new IT Helpdesk Portal at https://service.lhric.org/
  2. Login Details:
    • Username: your email address
    • Password: your email password
  3. Once you are logged in, click on 'Submit a Request'
  4. (For Staff) Then, you can chose the type of request you are logging in:
    • Technology Issue: Any technology break-fixes or issues around computers/laptops, Interactive Flat Panels, Internet, Email, Printers, Phones, etc.
    • Software Request: Request for any NEW free/paid software
    • Internet Filtering: Request to block or unblock a website
    • IT Event Setup (accessible only to administrators and main office staff): To submit any technology needs for an event.
You can also call the helpdesk at (914) 922-3002 during business hours (7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday).

Parents have access to a family helpdesk at https://lhric.service-now.com/student. We have discontinued the email portalsupport@henhudschools.org. Parents should use the IT helpdesk to submit any technology related inquiries.
